If, despite our efforts, you receive a product that is damaged, defective, contaminated, or not in acceptable condition, please contact our support team with clear photos or proof of the issue. Our team will carefully review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Once your claim is verified and approved, we will provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, store credit, or compensation, depending on the situation.

Refund Policy

As our products are fresh and perishable in nature, Fruitofy follows a No Refund Policy.

We do not offer cash refunds or cashback. However, if a product is found to be damaged, rotten, contaminated, or significantly affected during transit, we will gladly review your claim and provide an appropriate replacement, exchange, or compensation after verification.

Damage & Claims

To help us resolve concerns quickly and fairly, please report any issues within the following timeframes:

  • Fruitofy Mangoes: Within 2 working days of receiving your order.
  • Fruitofy Sweets: Within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Please include clear photographs and relevant details when submitting your claim.

Our team may take up to 5 working days to review and process damage or quality-related claims.

Order Cancellation & Changes

You may cancel your order or request changes to your order details at any time before it has been processed and dispatched.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information, and cancellations or modifications may no longer be possible.

In rare circumstances, Fruitofy reserves the right to cancel an order if necessary. This may occur due to reasons such as:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Payment authorization issues
  • Other unforeseen circumstances affecting order fulfillment

If an order is cancelled by Fruitofy, our team will promptly notify you and assist you with the next available solution.
