As human error is no exception, in cases where the product or packaging is defected, damaged or contaminated, you may contact us with proof to request a return. Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you that we have received your return item.
Once approved, you will be compensated by Fruitofy.
No Refund policy
Fruitofy strictly follows no refund policy. The option of cashback is not available. Exchange or compensation will be made followed by the proof in case of rotten or contaminated product.
DAMAGE & CLAIMS
The complaint has to be raised within 2 working days in case of Fruitofy Mangoes and in 24 hour in case of Fruitofy Sweets, after receiving the parcel.
Please allow 5 working days for the processing of damage and claims.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your order at any time before the order has been processed. Any changes in the order or details can be made before the order has been dispatched. Once the product has been shipped, you will receive the tracking information.
Fruitofy may cancel your orders (without giving any prior notice) for any reason. Common reasons include: the item is out of stock, price errors or the credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
